We founded in 1991, with experienced engineers, specialize in designing and producing EV Assembly Line.

Electric Vehicle (EV) assembly lines are designed to efficiently and effectively manufacture electric cars, integrating the specific components required for electric propulsion. Here's an overview of the EV assembly process:

Body Shop: Similar to traditional vehicles, the body shop involves stamping, welding, and painting the car's body. However, EVs may require additional reinforcements, especially around the battery compartment.

Paint Shop: The car body undergoes a multi-stage painting process, which includes pre-treatment, electrocoating, sealing, and topcoat application. Energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies, such as those provided by Dürr AG, are increasingly being adopted to reduce the environmental impact of this stage
.

Assembly Line: The assembly of EVs includes the integration of the powertrain, battery pack, electric motor, and all other components. This stage is highly automated, with robots and specialized equipment handling precise tasks such as the assembly of electric motors and wiring harnesses.

Battery Assembly: A critical part of the EV assembly line is the assembly and integration of the battery pack. This involves the assembly of individual battery cells into modules and then into a complete pack, which is then integrated into the vehicle.

Chassis and Powertrain Integration: The chassis is assembled with the electric motor, transmission, and other drive components. This stage requires specialized tools and equipment to handle the high-voltage systems safely.

Final Assembly: The内饰, seats, electronics, and other finishing touches are added. This is followed by initial function tests to ensure all systems are operational.

Testing and Quality Control: Each vehicle undergoes rigorous testing, including performance, safety, and endurance tests. This stage is crucial to ensure the vehicle meets all regulatory standards and performance requirements.

End-of-Line (EOL): The final stage involves preparing the vehicle for shipment, which may include final inspections, wash, and fueling (if necessary).

EV assembly lines are increasingly incorporating advanced technologies such as digital twins, virtual reality, and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to enhance flexibility, efficiency, and scalability
. The shift towards EVs also necessitates new considerations in terms of safety, as the high-voltage systems present unique challenges compared to traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles.

The future of EV assembly lines is likely to see further automation, integration of sustainable technologies, and a focus on flexible production systems that can adapt to changing market demands and technology advancements.
